 As the COVID-19 lockdown gradually eases (depending, of course, on where you live) and we make our first tentative steps into the new-look everyday, both the retail sector and consumers are wondering what in-store shopping is going to be like. 
 
Undoubtedly, it won't be the same as before. The Coronavirus crisis has served to accelerate the ongoing process of digitalisation across all industries and there's little chance (or desire, for that matter) of going back.
