We've had a bellyful in 2020. So, if ever there were a time to discuss well-being in the workplace, it's now. As it becomes increasingly apparent that a blended model of working – partly on site with our colleagues, partly in our newly established home offices – is here to stay, lighting, and its effects on our physical and mental health, comes once again to the fore. New, energy-efficient lighting sources, such as LED and OLED, are driving interior lighting schemes that make the office spaces more comfortable and, by extension, more productive.
