The times, they are a-changin'

ORGATEC 2018 takes an in-depth look into the future of the world of work. This year's theme – 'culture@work' – foregrounds the ongoing evolution of work culture, giving architects a chance to discover visionary concepts for smarter, healthier and more creative working environments. Expect the latest trends, developments and examples of best practice from all over the world.
 
Speaking of visionaries, why not head over to the Käthe Kollwitz Museum while you're in Cologne, to catch their exhibition of experimental, modernist photographer Eva Besnyö's work? Over 80 prints from 60 years of striking work are on display.

The elegance of the essential
With OKITO PLY, the designers Läufer & Keichel have landed a creative coup. The minimalistic design hides many details – the most striking is the double bar which supports the backrest. It resonates with the movement of the body. Together with the ergonomic wooden elements, this creates a high level of comfort with plenty of room for movement. In addition to the look, the furniture also convinces by its light weight of less than five kilograms. It allows it to be perfectly stacked, transported and shipped.

Activity-based working – Plant 10.1
