If you're looking for an indicator of a country's economic situation, you'd do worse than to take a look at its hospitality sector. Restaurants thrive in times of higher disposable income, while hotels enjoy a boom when business travellers and tourists come to town. Poland is currently witnessing the continued growth of both industries.
