In modern office buildings the use of activated concrete ceilings and the absence of suspended ceilings means that it is impossible to route ventilation ducts through ceiling cavities. To ensure the exchange of air between offices and corridors, we have developed the fecoair air overcurrent element. This innovation, which is designed to be integrated into feco system partition walls, meets current sound insulation and airflow requirements. The airflow in fecoair flows through several U-or L-shaped joints in a soundproofed overflow box. This is fitted with absorber material and acts as a silencer.
