LUG is not only a beautiful single bed when the occasion requires, it can be transformed at the flick of a wrist from a stacked single bed into a double bed. With a proven, well-known construction element as its distinctive central component, LUG is clearly a typical MAGAZIN product: triangular slats in the corners serve as a load-bearing element for stacking, just as with classic wooden crates or lugs – those used as a harvesting, transport and storage container for fruit and vegetables. The bed corpus is fine, slim, and accentuated in horizontal line: in sum, a beautiful piece of furniture stacked or unstacked. When stacked, the bed doubles its height, and, you can use it as seating. The single beds, which rest on top of each other with a space in between, are easy to grip and even easier to handle when it comes to setting them up as a double bed. Available in two different material and colour combinations, you can assemble LUG in just a few steps using the eccentric fasteners placed in the corners and the tool that is included in the delivery. We supply LUG for the classic 90 × 200 centimetres mattress format. You can place any standard slatted frame inside the bedframe, although we particularly recommend the slatted frames and mattresses from our range.

A beautiful lounger, for restful sleep, quickly stacked: STIEGE is a lounger as well as an appealing single bed. Two of the beds transform from a stacked (single) bed to a double bed in no time at all. The moment you spot a proven and well-known construction element as a striking component of STIEGE – the distinctive solid wood triangular strip you know from wooden fruit and vegetable crates – you immediately recognize the bed as a typical M product. This triangular base serves as a load-bearing element for stacking. The body of the bed is slender, delicate and horizontally accentuated; a design that makes the double-stacked bed a beautiful piece you can use as seating furniture. You assemble CRATE in a few steps via the eccentric fasteners placed in the corners and using the included tools. We supply the furniture for the classic mattress format of 90 × 200 centimetres.
