Vario induction cooktop 200 series
VI 230
The VI 230 is an efficient induction cooktop for fast, precise cooking. Thanks to automatic pot detection, the heat develops directly at the bottom of the pot and therefore doesn't have to be transmitted from the cooktop to the pot. The booster function allows intensive searing and especially fast heating of large volumes of liquid: The power of any cooking zone can be temporarily increased by up to 50 percent.

Concept

The 200 series cooktops offers a dark aesthetic, concentrated form and exceptional capabilities. From 28 cm to 90 cm wide, their controls are mounted on the surface of the appliances. These include removable twist pads or black illuminated controls for the Vario, personalised, modular option.
