Albero V Series of porcelain stoneware flooring is another sample of substantial advancements in digital designing techniques, which has allowed porcelain tile designs to reach new bounds. Albero 5 is a perfect example of how digital designing techniques can virtually replicate authentic wood planking onto porcelain tiles. In this series, each of the new four rich distressed wood tones (blanco, grigio, teaka, and doussie) has such a unique texture and pattern, almost indistinguishable from authentic distressed wood. The V3 shade variation combines with the 6x40 unique plank size will surely be well accepted. Its rectified edges, matte finish and commercial ware rating allows it to be used in areas where wood could never be used before; many commercial, hospitality, corporate, residential and even exterior areas. And as with most stoneware porcelains, its body and surface are virtually nonporous so maintenance is simple and applications for exterior use is possible. Rated a Mohs 7, Class V – makes this porcelain tile series durable enough for light commercial or residential wear. Easy to clean – its smooth finish makes cleaning a breeze. Adaptable – lay the 6x40 in a 1/3 plank installation or on the diagonal for an interesting look. Color/pattern consistency – ink jet technology takes pattern variation into a controlled setting.
