Cell Ceiling System

Cell 40 panels are assembled from aluminium U-profiles to create an integrated system.

Characteristics

Versatile open ceiling from profiles in 10 x 40mm dimension with return flanges at the top for additional stability
Ideal system for visual reduction of room height whilst retaining the original room volume
7 different modules are available as standard. Other modules (square or rectangular) are available on request
Two methods of suspension are available. Assembled panels can be supplied with integral hooks for traditional lay in installation or sliding clips which aloow panels to be hung into the main and cross runners to allow easy mounting and demounting from below
Designed to conceal installations as pipes, airconditioning and similar overhead installations
Easy access to the plenum through the open system
Panels in standard sizes 600 x 600mm and 600 x 1200mm are lightweight yet strong 0.4mm aluminium which is fully recyclable
If required all profiles can be cut to length making the ceiling fit in any room
Coating: the tough and durable 2-layer polyester finish in a nominal thickness of 20 microns, is applied in a continuous coil-coating process ensuring uniform coating thickness and absolute adhesion.
Base Material: Luxalon® Cell 40 is manufactured from 0.4 mm thick pre-painted stove enamelled aluminium strip, alloy HD5050 or equal (according to EN 1396, and ECCA standards)
