Kitchens seem to have become the status symbol par excellence in recent times, when it comes to the home. But what do designers, planners and architects think about this?
We've sat down and chewed the cud with German architect and renowned kitchen designer Norbert Wangen, Alireza Razavi of Paris-based architectural office Studio Razavi, and Gary Singer, who heads up London kitchen-planning studio Eggersmann Design, to discuss this and other questions around the warmest space in the house, such as material usage, technology and sustainability.
