The Villa is located in a quiet suburb called Ramot Hashavim which is near Raanana and Ramat Ha Sharon (Israel). This area is full of history and was in fact the first agricultural community to be founded in Israel by German immigrants in 1933 who set up a moshav of small farms close to the city.
It is now one of the trendiest areas to invest and has become a sought after location for spectacular private and discrete homes.

The Villa was designed by leading Argentinian architect Nestor Sandbank to create a unique solution to build a stylish family house that offers privacy for the children of the family who each have their own ‘pods’ within the house, and intimacy for the parents who enjoy their master bedroom overlooking the pool and grounds.

Individual cubes provide micro-dwelling units for each person complete with a private living room, bedroom, bathroom plus the master suite with dressing room and his and hers bathroom and view over the swimming pool.
