The linear articulation of the complex has been dictated by the particular conformation of the site, characterized by a lengthened form on the dorsal of a hill leaned out on the city. The architecture of this building offers itself all around in a rhyming of urban and scenic citations and views.

Architectural choices and interior design reinterpret the Arabic-Moorish style in a modern key. The stone façade recalls the colours of the desert, while the red of the domes reflects the shades of the interior.

The hotel, a 5 stars international category, offers 160 standard rooms, 10 executive suites, 10 senior suites and a presidential suite located within four consecutive blocks that adapt to the underlying ground, connected in between through vertical elements that contain stairs and elevators. The guests are welcomed by a great lobby on more levels that ends with a finely chalk-plated dome from which a sumptuous chandelier goes down.

In this space the furnishings and the finishes have a great appeal to the colours and the forms of the tradition. In the various levels, all leaned out to the lobby, find place the lobby cafe, two restaurants, a wine bar and the executive club, while to the lowers floor there are a cinema room and the night lounge.

In an autonomous block but connected to the precedent is situated the polyvalent room; designed to fit the various needs, easily divisible up to five spaces through a mobile walls system, it can be used for conferences, events, banquets for a total capacity of 800/1000 places according to the configuration.
Upstairs the flexible and divisible meeting rooms complete the business area, also equipped by a dedicated cafeteria.

The hotel’s amenities are completed by the Saray SPA which features hammam, sauna, beauty salon, fitness room, indoor swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool with bar and barbecue facilities.

Exteriors welcome the intervention harmoniously through the pedestrian zones immersed in the green and the panoramic square toward the city.
