Concept

“Omnia sunt communia!”, everything belongs to everyone: this is the cry coming from the pages of Q, a novel by Luther Blissett, and reading it I was inspired to design this new series.
A name Q, which becomes square to recall the shape of this series, which is defined by analyzing the function it is meant for; a shape which is implemented following the choice of the most suitable technologies; a “purified” shape where any redundant component was abolished; a shape “Qquadro” results from, the new series of taps by Zazzeri. Zazzeri shows the new series Qquadro designed by Fabrizio Batoni, a collection with a clean and minimalist line, elegant and with very performing “Eco” features.
Simple, smooth and nice to the touch forms and a seemingly simple and essential lever the whole tap develops around. A lever which includes all the elements and mechanisms which emphasize the eco-friendly spirit with great performances of this new series.
The tap for washbasin, which is a distinctive element of the collection, is proposed with Chrome and Brushed Steel finishing and it is available in the standard version or with the extended opening in three different heights (mm 151 – mm 212 – mm 302).
The Ø25mm mixer cartridge makes use of devices to manage the restriction of consumption and of the highest temperature of water allowing, consequently, a very good operation of the boiler.
The tap for washbasin is equipped with an aerator with a flow rate adaptor which limits the flow of water to 1,5gpm (approximately 5,5 l/min) and ensures, over the time, a remarkable water saving.
The new series Qquadro is completed with a coordinated vertical shower which makes use of the technology Flyfall, conceived for the shower Obliqua, which, for this series, is interpreted with a great versatility and thus it makes the implementation of several architectures of showers be possible in order to meet any design need.
