Concept

Powell & Bonnell has created a high-tech edition of the "Illuminated Manuscript". Made from molds taken from linen covered books, Bibliotec is a "library" built from individually cast translucent resin books, illuminated from within by an LED light strip. Available as “Light Reading”; a single book light or “Heavy Reading”; three conjoined books with the LED light strip on the middle book. To expand your library, non-lit books are available as a set of 3, 4 or 5. Available in a warm, cool or neutral color range.
