The Minima wooden seating family highlights the brand’s ability to work with this precious material. The variant with the Vienna straw seat evokes the charm of the first design chairs and their refined and timeless aesthetics. The Vienna straw weave, a durable and lightweight material, is combined with the sinuous wooden frame and the solid leg and back elements. Versatile and stackable, the Minima chair is a product designed for both private spaces and contract projects.

Concept

Minima is the new chair entirely made out of wood, designed by Mario Ferrarini, developed from the idea to create a welcoming and robust object with fluid and energic lines. It is a reassuring project in its precise and accurate vision that stand out for its thoughtful details and rigorous profile. The plywood of the seat and the backrest is designed following a sinuous harmony and the legs in solid ash wood are worked to accommodate the backrest thanks to an elegant twist that enhances the light effects and the refined workmanship typical of Potocco, emphasizing the company’s masterful ability to work with wood.
