Product description

The home and car fragrance diffuser designed by GamFratesi for Poltrona Frau, uses unique solid fragrances from Acqua di Parma. The various scents are enclosed in special polymer-based “pearls”, free of both alcohol and solvents.

In turn, the “pearls” are inserted in the refills, which can be replaced at any time, allowing you to choose your favourite scent.
The nine Acqua di Parma fragrances range from light, citrusy essences to richer and more intense bouquets. The fragrance refills can be purchased separately to cater for personal taste: you can choose your favourite scent from among the classic Acqua di Parma fragrances or go for the special Milano essence, created exclusively for Poltrona Frau. You can also adjust their intensity and timing and, in the case of the Domotic Diffuser, alternate them with others: the Home Diffuser has room for three similar or different essences. The scent refill contains a smart recognition system that is read by the device: depending on the composition, the diffusion method most effective at extracting each unique note of the fragrance is activated to guarantee optimum use of the product. Every refill lasts for an average of 60 hours with moderate use. To minimise their environmental impact, the capsules are recyclable.
Buongiorno (Good Morning)
A fresh and aromatic fragrance. Perfect for those moments when you want to recharge your batteries in the kitchen, terrace or living room by immersing yourself in nature, even when you are in the city.
Mint, Lavender and Rosemary, together with the green notes of freshly-cut grass, for a sensation of genuine comfort and wellbeing. The natural tones of the wood are softened by the Musk, giving the fragrance warmth, body and comfort.
Notes: Italian Lemon, Mint Leaves, Rosemary, Lavender, Jasmine, Cedarwood, Musk.

Luce di Colonia (Light of Cologne)
A fragrance that fills the house with joie de vivre. Its light, fresh and bubbly notes of Orange and Lemon are reminiscent of sun-kissed Italian landscapes. Pure and natural golden fruits together with smooth floral notes and warm hints of fine wood. The perfect essence for welcoming guests into the warm, radiant and elegant atmosphere of a Poltrona Frau house.

Profumi dell’orto (Garden Fragrances)
A soothing green fragrance that brings you into direct contact with nature. A stolen moment, away from the chaos of the city. It is like wandering through a garden, savouring the scent of the aromatic herbs. The fresh colours of the countryside are warmed by the spicy and zingy notes of Pimiento for a relaxing and pleasing olfactory experience.
Notes: Tomato leaves, Thyme essential oil, Mint essential oil, Verbena, Basil essential oil, Pimiento essential oil.

Aperitivo in terrazza (Aperitif on the terrace)
The perfect fragrance for creating a relaxing and vibrant atmosphere in your home, ideal for a calming moment of solitary contemplation or for welcoming guests with typical Italian warmth. The citrusy notes with spicy undertones bring to mind a sunny terrace overlooking the town, and create the perfect olfactory background for nice spritz or a refreshing glass of white wine.
Notes: Lime distilled essential oil, Blood orange essential oil, Grapefruit essential oil, Gentian absolute, Ceylon cinnamon essential oil.

La casa sul lago (House on the lake)
A harmonious and delicate fragrance that calms and relaxes. Aquatic notes are combined with floral hints, the freshness of a morning breeze and the comforting embrace of musk. The perfect scent to enjoy while you dedicate five minutes to yourself, perhaps while soaking in the bathtub, to create a relaxing and enveloping atmosphere in the bedroom, or to chill out with a good book on the sofa. For a house that exudes sophisticated lightheartedness.
Notes: Calabrian Bergamot, Lily of the Valley, Cyclamen, Aquatic notes, Musk, Amber.

Oh, l’amore (Oh, love)
The celebration of an authentic sentiment in a fragrance that creates a sweet and sensual atmosphere, ideal for a romantic evening with the one you love.
The intense, spicy notes of Black Pepper and Cloves are combined with an explosion of amber and creamy notes like Benzoin and Tonka Beans. A perfect scent for any room in the house. The balmy and amber hints give the fragrance warmth and an enveloping richness.

Arancia di Capri (Capri Orange)
A cocktail of essential oils typical of the Italian island of Capri, which has come to symbolise the Dolce Vita: Orange, Mandarin and Lemon. The fragrance stands out for its energising and radiant top notes of Orange, Mandarin and Lemon. In the heart notes, the Petit Grain meets the intensity of Cardamom, while the base notes combine subtle hints of Caramel and the sensual notes of Musk.

Fico di Amalfi (Amalfi Fig)
The perfect fragrance for creating a vibrant, party atmosphere that recalls the wondrous Amalfi coast. The enveloping sweetness of the fig is paired with a citrusy triumph of Lemon, Bergamot and Grapefruit. The aromas of Pink Peppercorns and hints of Jasmine Petals create surprising harmonies with Benzoin and Cedarwood.

Mirto di Panarea (Panarea Myrtle)
Energising notes rich in different nuances for a fragrance that encapsulates all the beauty of an island immersed in untouched nature where time has stood still. The regenerating blend of Myrtle, Basil, Lemon and Bergamot with sea breeze notes, with the intensity of Juniper, the floral notes of Jasmine and Rose and the warmth of Amber.
Sea Breeze notes meet Jasmine and Rose. Intense finish with Mastic and Juniper, combined with Cedarwood and Amber.
Notes: Myrtle, Basil, Italian Lemon, Italian Bergamot, Sea Breeze, Juniper Absolute, Damask Rose Absolute, Mastic Absolute, Juniper, Virginia Cedarwood, Amber.

Milano
With its modern and sophisticated notes, the Milano fragrance, created by Acqua di Parma exclusively for Poltrona Frau, is evocative of the design capital itself. Tonka Bean, Cinnamon and Indonesian Patchouli Wood are combined with Haitian Vetiver in a rich bouquet of noble essences whose airy and elegant notes are inspired by the international allure of the city. The base notes of the fragrance transport us into Milan’s blossoming parks and gardens during the spring: subtle hints of Musk, Rose and Violet add a delicate and gentle touch, completing the olfactory portrait of a fascinating and multifaceted city of many contrasts.
