Equally rustic and modern, this mid-century modern vintage Moroccan rug is a splendid example of vintage rugs and designs that incorporate tribal art and ancient symbols. Deeply influenced by the folk art of Morocco, this vintage shag rug represents the designs and the traditions of the region and at times the people who created each individual piece. The warm ivory ground is dotted with an endless series of symbols that are intimately associated with Morocco’s culture.
