Product description

The ROLL bin consists of an external part in galvanised and polyester powder coated steel EN10111DD1, T. 20/10, and of an inner container made of galvanised and polyester powder coated steel EN10346DX51D+Z, T. 10/10.

The internal container, D. 350 x H. 500 mm, has two oval holes, 120x60 mm, in the upper part which act as handles. The container is reinforced by a border 10 mm high and 5 mm deep, used to house the elastic, D. 10 mm, which holds the bin bag in place.
The supporting structure cois made of steel bent into a “C” shape, 40x20x2 mm. The cover of the ROLL bin is in galvanised and polyester powder coated steel EN10111DD1, T. 25/10. on the part below the weld there is a reinforcing steel profile, 40x20x2 mm, to which it is welded a “C”- shaped profile, 40x20x2 mm, fixed to the main structure with 2 M6 holes which act as hinge.
Its closure is ensured by the spring lock with triangular key. Two holes, D. 10, on the feet of the bin allow the ground fixing through appropriate bolts.
All the steel EN10111DD1 elements are then cold galvanised and polyester powder coated.
