Relax

The outer structure and the legs of the RELAX gazebo are in steel EN10111DD11, thickness 50/10. The outer structure is attached to each leg by 8 hexagonal M10 screws.

The external structure consists of a steel sheet plate, EN10111DD11, thickness 20/10 fixed through a continuous wire welding to the external fascias 50/10 thick and 180 high.

The central structure consists of 8 rectangular aluminium tube bars 60x20 mm, fixed to the laser shaped steel EN10111DD11 sheet plates, obtaining a “comb” figure, suitable for the Wood Plastic Composit support ribs (height 160 mm) which act as a cover.
WPC (Wood Plastic Composit) is a one hundred per cent recycled material, made of 20% wood dust and 80% recycled plastics (see the technical form enclosed).
A 50/10 thick plate is fixed to the bottom of the legs, with a 10mm diameter opening, useful for the ground fixing with appropriate bolts.
All the components of the cover are in cold galvanised steel and polyester powder coated.
