Product description
Concept
Tubular steel classics - elegant shelves B 22
Inspired by the furniture of the architects Marcel Breuer, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and Mart Stam, as well as by the possibilities of tubular steel as a material, Gebrüder T 1819 developed a number of in-house designs starting in the 1920s, mainly side furniture that was largely published in the 1930/31 catalog. The shelf B 22 is one of those pieces. Today, it is produced in two versions: B 22 a with shelves of equal height, and B 22 b with shelves of a height appropriate for a file folder.
B 22 a Shelf with evenly distributed compartments, B 22 b with compartments at folder-height distance. Frames of both versions are pre-drilled, chrome-plated tubular steel, wooden parts in stained beech, lacquered or structured coating in various colors.
