Homogeneous light with modular LED lighting solutions from GALAXY® profiles
Intelligent product design and unique product compatibility are the basis for future-oriented LED lighting concepts. LED profile systems from GALAXY® profiles are modular LED lighting solutions. The individual system components can be put together with little effort, simply and quickly using a click-connect system and mounted in an object-friendly way. The LED profile cover PO14 (opal / satin - translucency 65%) consists of shatterproof and flame-retardant polycarbonate (UL94 V-2 classification) and was specially designed for the ALU cooling strip PN33. Clicked together, both result in a particularly narrow profile system that can be used with flexbands with a max. width of 12 mm. The cover is clicked on the outside of the cooling strip and thus covers the aluminium area. Due to the low weight of this profile system, it can be attached with double-sided tape (see accessories). The result is a consistently homogeneous light bar that creates excellent lighting conditions with high utilisation of light output. Note: when attaching the LED flexband to the cooling strip, make sure that the wider side of the cooling strip is covered with the strips!
Easy and quick installation
The self-adhesive LED Stripes are glued and cabled to the wider top of the PN33. After the profile cover has been clicked flush over the cooling strip, the flexbands can be connected to the LED technology (sequencer, transformer, etc.). Finally, the end caps can be attached.
Recommendation
For excellent adhesion of the self-adhesive LED strips, we recommend the thorough cleaning and degreasing of the profile insides with a cleaner - see accessories.
Assembly and custom-made production (OEM)
From a minimum purchase quantity onwards, the LED profiles and plastic covers from our standard range are custom-assembled or custom-made to customer-specific length specifications up to max. 6 m total length per LED profile system.
