Concept

TINTIN is a design by Tina Bunyaprasit & Werner Aisslinger. Two simple lines become one luminaire through the rotationally symmetrical shapes of the wooden base and shade. Werner Aisslinger comments: "In the digital age, simple geometric shapes are experiencing a revival – the more complex everyday life becomes, the greater the longing for clear shapes and proportions. TINTIN plays with analogies to archetypal objects such as chessmen or historical columns".
