Sophisticated subtle botanical arrangements decorate this tumbled linen union, in a fashion inspired by Eastern ornamental dress. Washed for softness, and designed to recreate the tradition of reviving an antique fabric with a lively new colour wash, where saturated tone sits above the muted printed illustrations.

Concept
Inspired by the traditions and artisans of eastern costume, these sophisticated designs on cotton and linen have a beautifully restrained touch, creating a delicate collection of practically-scaled fabrics.
Digitally printed and embroidered linens capture the graceful energies of the decorative refinements seen in kimonos, and elsewhere muted, metallic patterns and distressed damasks reflect the attention paid to the finer details of obi sashes and ribbons.
As a contemporary counterpoint, some designs are lifted with our signature softly shaded backgrounds adding a subtlety of texture. Other prints lean toward a more structured and graphic feel with their illustrations arranged into loose columns or gently repeating patterns. Others approach the influences with a more relaxed freedom, but all pursuing that vital overall attitude to harmony.
