Chaconne - Pale Rose

An eclectic mix of design influences that creates a coherent and stylish collection. Here we have stripes, geometrics, delicately drawn leafy embroideries and an elegant scroll pattern all in wonderfully lustrous silks, plus a supremely elegant classical fleur-de-lys damask in an elegant linen/cotton mix. Colours are soft, clean and clear, often interspersed with white or natural highlights. These are silk fabrics to create the most elegant and stylish curtains, cushions and bedcovers. As their names suggest, Versailles was a strong influence from the classical Empire patterning in the chateau to the formal gardens and parterres.
