Concept

The sixteenth arrondissement in Paris is the home to many Art Nouveau mansions, notably the Villa Jassedé, found in rue Chardon-Lagache, once home to hector Guimard.“Chardon” is an ornamental design, inspired by the eponymous street and the artist movement which developed there. The design represents a flower in bloom, resting on the paper and surrounded by graceful foliage whose curves gently cover us. This feeling is heightened by the fibrous look of the base which is ideal for this design and highlighted with metallic inks.
