At first glance, the generous measures and the simple formal perfection can cause an inevitable déjà-vu. However, the perfect modelling of the thin steel surface enhances the technological character of this washbasin and suggests an unusual autonomy for the contemporary bathroom.

Wall-mounted washbasin, produced in stainless steel with grey PVD treatment (Physical Vapour Deposition).

Material: AISI304 stainless steel with grey PVD treatment (Physical Vapour Deposition).
Dimensions : h.210 x l.800 x d.420 mm.

“The project originates from Euclidean geometry and its application to the design of functional object for the everyday life.
I wanted to investigate the section of a simple cylinder to create a large basin that could also hide the technical parts.
The purity of the shape and the design details, such as the linear cut used for the water waste, enhance the material qualities of the steel chosen for the production.” V.Vasilev
