Crown

Suspended lights from Barovier&Toso, Designed by Brian Rasmussen

Product description

Concept

The pastoral is a full-glass decorative element, characteristic of the Venetian chandelier which has become an icon in its category: the Taif. The pastoral, disproportionately magnified and hung upside-down, makes the new Crown collection: six suspended lights which are worthy of a modern king’s minimalistic palace. Offered in three different configurations (one, two or three-tiers), Crown consists of single or multiple carefully-painted metal rings with openings that large pastorals are fitted into. A long continuous series of dimmable LED lights runs along the rings, illuminates the top of each pastoral and in turn lights up the entire pastoral due to the refraction caused by surface of the glass. LEDs are included.

Design: Brian Rasmussen, 2017
