MWE stands for quality German work in its purest form. Highly-qualified manual production and high-tech procedures such as CNC milling/turning using German machines by DMG go hand in hand. One hundred percent of our products are produced in house. This not only guarantees excellent standards of quality but also boosts Germany as an industrial location - through high-quality jobs and training opportunities for young people. As 100% of all components are produced at a site in Germany (Everswinkel), it’s also a relief for the environment because there is no need to transport third-party components. Last but not least, we produce all of our products with a responsible attitude towards the environment, and guarantee that both people and nature are taken into consideration.

To ensure that you only receive absolute top quality, we check each component on site in our Quality Assurance department. In this way, we can ideally influence the quality and can be personally assured that each product is perfect when dispatched. This saves you time and trouble.

Thanks to our site in the heart of Münsterland (Everswinkel), we are able to guarantee very good working conditions for all of our employees. And we do it, too: starting with work clothing, through bright, friendly workspaces, to support in maintaining the health of every individual by subsidising membership at the Casa Vital fitness studio, teamed with a selection of healthy meals.
We see ourselves between the two poles of absolutely high-end production and manual work, and all MADE IN GERMANY!
