Joquer

1984: The firm is founded. Located in Gavà, Baix Llobregat, the staff is composed by 6 persons.

1985: a change is necessary and Joquer moves to Retama street, in Viladecans. At the beginning the firm had just a part of the building; only two years later, Joquer would need the whole of it. We also grow in numbers; slowly, the staff becomes an 18 persons team.

1990: in the MeriCel palace, in Sitges, we hold the presentation of a very complete catalogue of new models of sofas, beds,…

1996: Opening of our current headquarters in Viladecans, making evident the good firm’s situation.

1997: Birth of Pasadena, a model that is the result of the good collaboration between Dario Gagliardini and Joquer. Some years later, this sofa was chosen as one of the “Best Sellers” on the national furniture market.

1999: We acquire a new production centre in Guadix, Granada. Around 40 persons already work for the firm.

2000: We are awarded the FIM prize for interior design in the Internacional Furniture Fair of Valencia, recognizing thus the efforts of our firm for keeping a consistent image of design and elegance.

2003: Launching of the new corporative image of the firm, by the prestigious studio Ruiz & Company. New catalogues of Contract, Hogar... are continuously being produced

2004: Time of renovation. Thanks to the design of the study NOVA+ the firm’s image improves. New spaces are created and our show-room is as well improved.

2006: Year of a great hive of creativity. Joquer is preparing events, new catalogues and a new web
