MORE ABOUT ARCHILUME

Located and manufactured in Vancouver, BC, Archilume is a lighting design studio that produces modern, energy-efficient LED luminaires that are sold online worldwide and located in showrooms across Canada, including Inform Contract (Vancouver, BC) and Bang & Olufsen Yorkville (Toronto, ON). Founded by Industrial Designer Saleem Khattak in 2013, Archilume offers pendant, wall sconces, and feature chandeliers in a variety of configurations in addition to producing custom design orders for commercial and residential projects. Archilume’s mission is to evolve with the ever-changing LED lighting industry and create products that offer a seamless installation process.
The minimal look of the Archilume line has been used to create subtle and intimate accents with its previous products. Now the same design sensibility has been translated into creating largescale light installations that have a sophisticated yet glamorous presence. Visually, the luminaires take on a jewel like quality when observed in this multiple cluster chandelier configuration. The new chandelier options will allow designers and owners to be imaginative in creating their own unique composition for their space.
Launched in 2013, Archilume’s glare-free luminaires are a revolution in the use of LED lighting due to the use of the total internal reflection (TIR) optical principle. In 2014, Archilume expanded the line to feature eight luminaires, which include a linear and staggered horizontal configuration of lights, and the full collection includes pendant lights, ceiling chandeliers, and wall sconces. Suited for the ultra-modern to heritage-style interiors, Archilume’s luminaries are ideal for counter and bar areas, or in clustered formations as chandeliers in hotel lobbies, entrances, lounges and dining areas. The full line is versatile and offers the option to order custom configurations for commercial and residential projects.
