The models from the Freifrau manufactory are versatile. This is also shown by the furniture manufacturer's latest shoot: a 400 square meter loft on Hamburg's banks of the Elbe has been transformed into a cozy retreat thanks to models from the Leya, Amelie, Ona and Kya families.

Real estate developer Andreas Hanitsch has brought the loft – formerly the machine house of a disused waterworks – back to life and furnished it together with architect Giorgio Gullotta. His goal was to make the old machine house look as if nothing had changed in it. In fact, the builder invested a lot of time in the property and had to make some changes to make the house habitable.

Shortly after moving in, the Freifrau manufactory visited the client with some models from the collection. The furniture manufacturer let its popular swing, the Leya Swing Seat, hang down from the large gallery. Paired with a sofa from the same model family.

In front of the large fireplace from a Belgian hunting lodge, the Art Director Birgit Hoffmann, placed a seating group of the new Executive Chair from the Amelie model family.

The resulting images and the relevant interview with the houseowner can be found on the Freifrau Homepage.
