Located in Monte do Estoril, the apartment presents itself as a large space that has undergone through some changes in terms of the space organization, a total renovation of the bathrooms and a new entire decoration.

The apartment, with a large terrace with a swimming pool and located in a privileged spot in a luxurious area, has an exceptional view over the sea and over Estoril’s urban fabric.

Although the initial organization of the apartment has been preserved, some walls had to be demolished to make the spaces airier and more illuminated as for instance in the office where the wall that divided this space from the living room was removed and replaced by a two-side open bookshelf.

Both the kitchen and the three already existing bathrooms went through a complete renovation and reorganization with different types of stone emerging here as a differentiating element.

The existing floor was unequal, appearing sometimes in mahogany wood and other times in stone mosaic. To standardize the whole space, the floor was covered in walnut wood providing the space with a nobility touch.

On the other hand, the existing storage room in the master-suite was converted into a walking-closet where a dressing table was also introduced.

The artificial lighting in the hall and living room ceilings is noteworthy by placing circles of light of different dimensions on the hall and living room ceilings. In fact, these circles of light deserve a special mention by creating illuminated niches and lines of light that imprint intensity and rhythm to the spaces.
