On the former factory site, Cereol, we designed a unique architectural plan, which is in keeping with its industrial atmosphere. The new dwellings located around the protected monument are designed in an industrial style, as if they are part of a single factory complex. The synergy between the monument, the architecture and the design of the public realm ensures that the area maintains its historical character.
