Founded in early 2014 by Edward Tan and Kyan Foo, Spacemen are Storytellers of Space; a design firm that specializes in building brand architecture. Our architecture and interior seizes primary brand strategies and ideologies and transforms them into unique one-of-a-kind spatial experiences that tell stories.

A Malaysian designer who honed his skills in the luxury commercial retail sector throughout Asia and Europe, where he led the Shanghai design team of renowned luxury retail interior design specialist ,AMS Retail Design. Heading up their London studio working on brands such as Delvaux, Cerutti 1881, Kent Curwen, Gieves & Hawkes, and Altea before returning to Shanghai to form Spacemen in 2014.
Kyan Foo
Co-founder & Director
Lived in Australia for over 10 years after receiving his Bachelors degree in Architecture from University of Melbourne. After working under international architecture firms such as HAYBALL, S2F, SKM and Jacobs, Kyan has garnered a vast range of experience and expertise from masterplanning and architecture, specializing in industrial planning and laboratory design to architectural façade design.
