Ann Idstein is a Swedish, family owned business in the third generation. Since 1956, the company has been working on the design-, development and manufacturing of room dividers, blinds and sunscreens.

In our company, we work beyond the boundaries of a standard collection. At the core lays our material library, in which we’ve collected a fine selection of wood and textile that can be combined and configured into a broad range of products. Our manufacturing expertise, such as the starching of soft fabrics or custom painting of wooden slats, further enables us to create products that are one of a kind. Each order is made to measure, with no minimum order quantity.

Every day, we develop customized products in close dialogue with our clients. Responsiveness to the specific circumstances of each project and a strong ability to pursue even the most challenging of ideas are two of our most vital core competences. Apart from being a manufacturer, we are also consulting partners in interior projects where room dividers, sunscreens or other decorative elements demand special attention.

Our chosen path has given us access to highly diverse contexts within the field of interior design. We supply products for high fashion stores, museums, offices, private homes and super yachts, to mention but a few. Regardless of context, the common denominator is always the attention to detail and an eagerness to find the right aesthetical expression for each individual project.
