Heavy investments in human resources and constant research on alternative materials and new technologies, with a view to achieving a perfect balance in terms of utmost energy efficiency and aesthetics. By introducing radiators that look more like architectural elements than system components, Tubes has revolutionized the conventional concept of heaters, making them play a leading role in interior design and thus no longer restricted to satisfying heating requirements.

Tubes Radiatori is the development of an entrepreneurial reality that boasts twenty years’ experience in the radiator and heated towel rail sector. The company is located in the heart of Northeast Italy and all production takes place in the traditional headquarters in Resana, in the province of Treviso. From its inception, in 1994, it has shown its awareness of the expectations of the market. Tubes Radiatori has focussed on innovation to create its own clear identity, undertaking an intense technical and aesthetic research, carried out simultaneously on materials, working methods, forms and dimensions.

From the first products of the Basics collection, we see a constant focus on the formal aspect (but never for its own sake) and attention to detail; for example, the roundness of the elements that make up the radiator not only render the object aesthetically reassuring but the lack of sharp corners or roughness also guarantees safety in the home. The tubular section gives the radiator a touch of minimalist elegance that makes it suitable for any type of interior and is an indication of the company’s great attention to water consumption and heating efficiency. In terms of size, Tubes radiators contain up to 1/3 less water than traditional radiators, favouring maximum reaction speed and heat transfer within the space, producing notable energy savings.

The evolution of Tubes has been a rapid journey marked by milestones which rank it as a pioneer in its field: the Basics collection was followed by the Extras collection, where greater significance was given to the design aspect, giving the heating body the quality of interior décor item, right through to the collection that represents a genuine revolution in the radiator market: a new radiator concept is expressed in Elements, the art direction of which is down to Ludovica+Roberto Palomba. This collection combines projects where the radiator, reinterpreted by internationally acclaimed designers, is conceived as an element of the architectural structure, with a strong personality and furnishing ability thanks also to its extensive modularity and customisation possibilities.

To confirm the international acknowledgement of the commitment on the part of Tubes Radiatori and its investments in the field of research and development, several radiators from this collection have won design awards and are on exhibit in major museums: Square, designed by Ludovica+Roberto Palomba, won the Red Dot Design Award in 2007 as well as the Designpreis in 2008; add-On, designed by Satyendra Pakhalé, won the Red Dot Design Award in 2008 and has been part of the permanent collection on show at the Centre Pompidou National Museum of Modern Art in Paris since 2011; Agorà, designed by Nicola De Ponti, was selected by the ADI Design Index 2013; Trame, designed by Stefano Giovannoni, was awarded the Best of Year 2013 and the Red Dot Design Award 2014. Tubes Radiatori recently focused its research on identifying unprecedented electrical solutions, which respond to a specific design requirement and market request: simplicity of installation and the possibility of changing the position of the radiator.

The great flexibility of dimensional, chromatic and installation variants is the distinguishing feature which all three collections share and meet to a different, yet targeted extent, to accommodate the needs of users who are open to innovation and design. An exhaustive and diversified range is available, affording millions of possibilities (more than 4 million and ½ for the CV14 alone): Basics includes 9 product families, with 98 different models available, Extras offers 13 families with 26 different types, whereas Elements boasts 8 product lines with 47 different models. In terms of colours, too, the customisation opportunities are endless: over 250 colour variants are available, along with 6 plated finishes (chrome-plated, nickel-plated, gold-plated in 14 or 24 kt) and the brand new black Nickel and polished tin, which are hand-crafted. In addition, there are 4 brushed anodised finishes to choose from - silver, titanium grey, black and bronze.

Tubes Radiatori pays the utmost attention to the quality of its products. In addition to the double check performed on every single piece produced, Tubes branded products are covered by technical and styling patents and comply with the applicable UNI EN 442-1 standard in force, are certified by the Milan Polytechnic for plumbing products. ENEC/IMQ for certified electrical products.
