Product description

The VON chair, designed by Hlynur Atlason, and created in solid ash is available in a range of different fabrics, leathers and finshes. The VON collection is designed to bring comfort and warmth using a natural pallet in places that traditionally lack in this sensibility. Yet without compromising any of the functionality that we have come to expect from furniture used in a contract setting. The VON collection can be configured to meet human needs at home, at work and at play. Also available in solid walnut.

Concept

Taking inspiration from one of Lucian Ercolani’s archived designs – the Von 427 chair, which originally launched in 1956, the new Von by Hlynur V. Atlason collection offers a response to this design that is fit for 21st Century. Reflecting an increasing fluidity between the modern home, workspace and hospitality settings, the Von Collection is part of the evolution of how we see furniture design in the present day.
