The assignment was actually very easy ... make me happy, and make the people who work here happy ... Happy people improve team spirit and performance. Rob Haukes, the owner, knows my style of working from a number of restaurants that I have decorated ... he wanted an extension of it, a certain informal professionalism, with a loose touch, quality and harmony ...
