Unopiù was founded in 1978 in a lovely town in the green area near Viterbo, Soriano del Cimino, where Pirandello used to spend his holidays. Two partners with a passion for gardens carried out an almost utopian project: to create furnishing solutions for open areas as they were part of the house, with the same care and the same elegance. This is how Unopiù was born. 30 years have gone by and that small handicraft company is now leader in Europe in the field of outdoor furnishing, with 33 Showrooms in Italy, France, Spain, and Germany.
Appreciated by people who love the aesthetical side of things, Unopiù items have always been inspired by Italian, French, English and Mediterranean traditions, trying to give them new life, following old handicraft traditions and employing modern and valuable materials. For example, the series in teak wood, inspired by England and its wonderful parks, and the iron furniture like Ginevra chair or Tristan pavilion, whose design imitates a pavilion discovered in an ancient abbey, and thus directly linked to the productions of the past. The high quality of the materials used for Unopiù furnishings has always ensured its success in the years. In order to be leader in the market, it is very important to select the best teak wood, using the central part of the tree only, as it is softer, uniform and rich in oil; to use powder-painted wrought iron, which prevents from rust; to choose the best cotton, the best rattan and the best natural fibres. With more than 2000 items, Unopiù offers the richest collection of outdoor furnishing, in the world. Besides the wooden, iron and aluminium structures and all the articles that gave prestige and fame to Unopiù collections like Leandro sun lounger, Amanda hammock, Milton table, you will find many accessories, lightings, contemporary collections with their elegant design and up-to-date materials, the indoor furniture inspired by Provençal style, the table art, the hand-made flowerpots in ..
