The studio PAINTIT have designed this apartment for rent.

Taking into account the area of the apartment, the arrangement of each room required careful calculation and planning. To create the design of a space in which every meter is effectively used, we decided to embody the concept of Suprematism ( an art movement focused on basic geometric forms, founded by Kazimir Malevich)

Initially, we planned to separate the kitchen area from the bedroom with a partition but we quickly realized that our idea on such a small area would not correspond to visual perception.

The best option for us was a cube-shaped bed from the Ukrainian company Vavilon, which visually highlights the sleeping area. To complement the bed, we have created a metal structure painted in blue.

As for the kitchen, we decided to choose red furniture with artificial stone in the color of which all facades were painted.

A special feature of this project is a mosaic depicting the symbols of the city of Kiev in the bathroom, which we laid out ourselves. This was our first experience in working with tiles, but despite this, we managed to implement the planned drawing.

Rubik's Cube is the most unusual and experimental project for our studio, which we have successfully implemented thanks to our experience and knowledge.
