The four-storey construction, located on Schwarzwaldstraße, was completed in 1952 for administrative purposes. In 1985, the building was acquired by the city of Singen and since then it has been used by the Revenue Board for its offices, archives, training centre and meeting room.

The project’s plan for the entire building is a fire protection as well as a façade renovation, a barrier-free access creation, and a renewal of the building’s supply technology.
