The combi-microwave oven EFMFU01 enables cooking by microwave, grill or oven, or a combination of the three cooking methods. The combination of the microwave and traditional systems reduces cooking times, allowing energy savings (compared to a traditional oven) and achieving the same cooking results but in a smaller space.

10 cooking functions are available, including:

o 6 different microwave cooking levels
o Forced air combi-microwave cooking: the system combining the fan and microwave enables dishes to be cooked quickly at low temperatures
o Combi-microwave and grill cooking: useful when roasting or browning meat quickly
o Assisted cooking: automatic cooking system with pre-selected and adjustable recipe bank (weight, temperature, cooking time). No more uncertainty about the best function to book each dish. This function also enables the recipe to be chosen on the display, meaning that the oven sets itself independently. Starting with the pre-loaded recipe, a personalized version can be set, readjusting times, weights and cooking temperatures.
o Defrosting

To increase the duration and facilitate cleaning, the cooking chamber is manufactured in stainless steel (10/10), while the enamelled tray, complete with an anti-splash grille cover, allows the gathering of fluids that drip off food cooking on the grill.
The oven door, which includes 4 hypothermic glass panels, ensures a reduced temperature (45°C) on the external glass during the self-cleaning cycle (460°C). The safety lock can also be activated independent of the self-cleaning cycle by pressing on the + and – symbols at the same time for 3 seconds. This means that the oven cannot be accessed (the safety lock works in the same way).
The evenly distributed spotlights ensure the optimal lighting of the spacious cooking chamber.
The oven has a 34-litre internal capacity and a touch control panel.
