Villa in Ticino

The villa, built on a spectacular hillside location in Ticino, stands out with its uncompromising architectural language. The building envelope consists of a ventilated façade made of black toughened safety glass (ESG), giving the villa a monolithic, almost sculptural appearance. The expansive window fronts offer breathtaking views over Lake Lugano. Another distinctive feature is the façade, which is inclined outward by 5°, combined with switchable SageGlass. A total of 7 motorized sliding windows and 11 fixed elements were installed.
