Time will tell

TUBES is taking part in the 2025 edition of Casa Decor in Madrid, a renowned platform for interior design, trends, and lifestyles held annually in a different and iconic location in the vibrant heart of the Spanish capital.

The sculptural Rift radiator by Tubes has been chosen for "Il tempo lo dirà” (Time will tell), a project celebrating Italian design excellence promoted by the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), the Agency for foreign promotion and internationalisation of Italian businesses, and curated this year by the prestigious studio Bao Proyectos. Tubes is taking part alongside another 20 Italian companies selected as the most representative interior design brands of excellence.

Within the evocative interiors of "El edificio de Sagasta", a building built between the late 19th and early 20th Centuries in pure Madrilenian eclecticism, unfolds the "Il tempo lo dirà” space, the design of which emphasises the mastery of Italian craftsmanship, poised between tradition and modernity, conveying the very essence of Italian know-how.

Centred on the theme of the table, considered the linchpin of conviviality in Italian culture, Bao Proyectos's “Il tempo lo dirà” stages two settings: one more conceptual and the other more devoted to tradition, both characterised by natural materials and a palette dominated by olive green as a clear reference to the Mediterranean.

The sculptural silhouette of Tubes's Rift radiator in a matt black finish stands out and defines the architectural space of “Il tempo lo dirà”, featuring its double-offset version on the wall. Rift from the Elements collection, designed by Ludovica Serafini + Roberto Palomba with Matteo Fiorini, is a heating element that imbues warmth with a strong design identity. Comprising extruded and entirely recyclable aluminium modules that can be arranged horizontally or vertically, aligned, offset, or inverted, to form sculptural, symmetrical or asymmetrical compositions, Rift is available in both electric and hydraulic versions.

Linear and bold in its design, the Rift radiator blends in elegantly into the Casa Decor space, symbolising Tubes's ability to innovate without losing touch with its roots and acting as an ambassador for Italian design excellence on the international stage.
