Assemblyroom Furniture was established in 2010 by Peter Wall & Cathy Spooner to compliment our award winning Commercial Interior Design practise which we established in 2003. Informed & inspired by our Commercial experience, our design approach to furniture is to create iconic pieces which are comfortable, durable, refined and built to last. With a modern approach to bespoke British made furniture, Assemblyroom is keen to uphold the traditions of craftsmanship and good quality that endures.

All of our furniture is manufactured employing the best of British craftsmanship and uses the highest quality materials that have been carefully selected for their function, aesthetics and sustainability. The timber used in our furniture is either FSC or PEFC certified. We use CMHR foam in our upholstered pieces and our fabrics are Crib 5 rated to meet contract requirements. Our British material choices mean that any ‘chair miles’ that our products create are kept to a minimum.
