At toy distributor Carletto AG, toys are at the center of everyday life. The office furniture, with its unobtrusive appearance, ensures that the colorful products displayed on shelves stand out.

The Concept

Exposed concrete characterizes the high-ceilinged rooms at Carletto AG's location. This is complemented by an exciting color scheme in dark turquoise, dark red, and maritime pine. The spotlight, however, belongs to the toys, which are present throughout the office.

"We deliberately chose a discreet design for the office desks and swivel chairs," says Lilly Gygax, Marketing Director of the Carletto Group. "The office should come alive through the colors of the interior design, the color accents on the shelves, and – above all – through our colorful toys." Following this idea, the height-adjustable office desks, swivel chairs, and acoustic partitions are discreetly integrated into the colorful, homely atmosphere.

Some shelves have irregularly rounded openings in the back walls, either completely closed or open. They skillfully structure the spacious space and offer ample storage space. The latter is complemented by roller shutter cabinets and lockers.

In addition to bright, welcoming workspaces, there are also retreats in the form of three meeting rooms, a showroom, and a workshop room. In the larger rooms, triangular tables on casters offer flexibility by being able to be pushed together or separated – depending on the number of meeting participants.

The Furnishings

The unobtrusive office desks, swivel chairs, and acoustic partitions ensure that the colorful toys that are present throughout the room are showcased. The partially colored shelves with playful openings in the back walls add attractive accents and also function as room dividers.
