After relocating, the insurance advisor Simply Services AG opted for a discreet office concept. The high-quality furnishings express the company's appreciation for its employees. The careful selection of colors and materials further enhances well-being.

The Concept

The goal of the new office concept is to intensify communication among employees. The 68 spacious and open workstations are spread over two floors. Light brown lockers dominate the office furnishings. The acoustic partitions between each workstation are also in a friendly light brown. The black office swivel chairs, in turn, are based on the dark carpet and thus blend discreetly into the space. Simply Services AG deliberately chose the colors in the new offices to create a pleasant atmosphere for employees and customers.

A highlight is the lounge with a kitchen, bar, and inviting swivel chairs in lead gray. Additional zones such as meeting and consultation rooms or private retreats complement the two open-plan offices. Both floors feature different zones for meetings or uninterrupted work. A lounge is also part of the high-quality furnishings.

"We wanted to optimally coordinate the zoning and use of the space to meet the needs of each department," says CEO Volkan Doldur. "Lista Office LO successfully implemented our needs in the new office concept."

The Furnishings

Colors and materials blend harmoniously with the existing spatial concept. A homely and inviting atmosphere prevails in all zones. The available space is optimally utilized for efficient collaboration and processes.
