Office building Glaskontor

At the former site of the Glaskontor house in Giessen, a modern office complex was realized. There is a set of different buildings on the spacious grounds each with its own individual architectural character.

The Gerhard Schymik architects have chosen an Öko Skin facade in the color Black Liquide.

Fire safety, environmental aspects, durable design with low maintenance and an extraordinary surface were the main arguments for the choice of materials.

The Öko skin facade gives a very interesting and heterogeneous impression, because the concrete slats are sandblasted to varying degrees. The concrete cladding makes you curious, since you don’t expect concrete slats in this form of appearance.
