Although very useful pieces of furniture, secretaries are gradually sinking into oblivion. EMILY is our attempt to buck this trend. Its no-frills design and functionality lend an air of elegance to this thoroughly practical piece of furniture cutting a perfect figure in both contemporary and classic interiors. The stable yet graceful secretary is made from solid wood. Behind the drop-down desk is a whole array of drawers and storage spaces to keep documents and bits and bobs neatly organised. The desktop can be flipped down in a simple move with the wooden support rails effortlessly sliding out of the body. Available in either of eight different types of domestic hardwood. The surface is oiled and waxed.
