Who we are- what we do

Since 1995 we have been working as a team of creative and experienced architects on miscellaneous building projects: hotels, industry and domestic buildings as well as urban planning projects rank among our focus.

According to the customers whishes we take care of the classic architecture tasks or of the general planning as “all-inclusive-package”. The teams consisting of architects and consultants are time-tested and specified to the particular building task. This is how we keep our standards high and the costs for the customer low.

In our office in Vienna 20 staff members are taking care of these tasks at the moment. The best ideas establish themselves – we follow our vision: the team is the star. Under the supervision of Christian Mascha, Christian Seethaler and Deirdre Zipp we stand for our motto: good architecture is simple- no matter how much effort it has cost!

Good architecture can be bought.

Our work must speak for itself. Simply and naturally — no matter how much effort it has cost. It is only satisfactory when client and architect both enjoy it!

At M&S the team is the star. The best idea is implemented — not only or always what the boss wants. We are tight-fisted, we are just as careful with our clients' money as with our own. In the long life with a building the important thing is not just the first night, but the long years that follow it. Trust is our most precious capital. We work day by day, year after year to achieve trust through our performance.

The laurels on which we will be able to rest are still growing. Therefore at M&S we take great pains to keep them well watered! We work exclusively for clients who appreciate our principles. For them we go through fire and water!
